Who are we looking for?

• We are seeking candidates with a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Ideally, you should have 2-3 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• You should possess strong skills in Node.js, React.js, Java EE, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, and JS. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) or Agile methods is desired. Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Vue.js would be advantageous.
• A solid understanding of object-oriented programming and experience in web-based application development (MVC model) is essential.

Otto International is seeking an experienced Solutions Developer. This role will be critical for designing, developing, testing and deploying digital solutions. To use it’s expertise in programming languages, frameworks, databases and web services to create scalable, secure and efficient applications that run on servers or cloud platforms. To collaborate with front end developers, analysts, project managers and other team members to ensure the quality and functionality of the solution.

• Establish and participate in controlling changes to the solutions, trouble reports, change requests and emergency corrections.
• Design, architect and author solution documents for required implementation projects based on service specifications and deliverables.
• Be one of the primary service interface points for all solution documents being delivered to customers.

• Develop large scale web based applications for supply chain services by utilizing the underlying technologies and platforms.
• Analyze the requirements collected from business team and design the appropriate solution to meet the requirements and goals.
• Implement the solution (fullstack) with different kinds of modern web technologies according to both user and technical requirements.
• Lead a small team (2-3 persons) for the development tasks.
• Help with DevOps tasks, system maintenance and documentation.
• Work with testing team to ensure high quality releases.

Who we are looking for?

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Preferred 5-8 years or above of hands-on experience in software development.
• Highly skilled in Java EE/SpringBoot, Node.Js, ReactJs, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS and JS. Familiar with Software development cycle (SDLC) or Agile methods. Additional experience with any of Hibernate and JS frameworks will be looked upon favorably.
• Good concept on object oriented programming. Familiar with web-based application development (MVC model).
